Potato and Cauliflower Mash
Ingredients
- 1/2 cauliflower
- 600 grams white potato
- 20 grams butter or extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp milk of choice
Instructions

Peel and dice potatoes into 2cm cubes. Trim and cut cauliflower into florets. Place both into a steamer basket and steam for 15mins or until soft.

Once cooked place into a large bowl and add butter (or olive oil) and milk. Mash until smooth. Season with salt and pepper if you prefer.
