*Please note that honey isn’t suitable for babies under 12 months, even if it has been cooked.
Honey Roasted Carrots
- 500 grams carrots
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- salt & pepper
Preheat oven to 200ºC. Line a baking tray with baking paper or a silicone baking mat.
Peel the carrots or leave the skin if that is your preference. Quarter the carrots lengthways.
In a medium bowl or tray whisk together the honey and olive oil until combined. Add in the carrots and toss through until coated. Season with salt and pepper if using.
Place into oven for 30 minutes or until golden and roasted.
