This homemade tartare sauce is so easy to make and works well with seafood dishes. It’s perfect with this Lemon & Herb Crumbed Fish.
Homemade Tartare Sauce
A delicious and quick sauce to make when serving seafood.
- 1/2 cup good quality whole egg mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp capers rinsed and finely chopped
- 2 tsp parsley finely chopped
Place all ingredients into a small bowl and mix until combined. You can season with salt and pepper if you like or leave it as is.
This recipe can be easily doubled or halved depending on your requirements. Will keep in a sealed container in the fridge for 1 week.
