I’m Chelsea. I’m a degree qualified nutritionist with a passion for paediatric and family nutrition.
Being a busy mother of two myself, I understand just how stressful feeding a family can be. From the second we find out we’re pregnant we’re often confused about what we should (and should not) be eating. Once our babies are born we’re faced with whether to feed them from the breast or the bottle (and wondering what WE should be eating while breastfeeding).
Then it’s all about starting solids. When? What? How?
The picky eating stages kick in.

Then comes the time for school which means packing a balanced lunch box that your child will actually eat.
Not to mention thinking of meals to prepare at home that the whole family will enjoy (and eat!)

I’ve always had a passion for nutrition. From the moment I began studying nutrition as part of my undergraduate degree I became fascinated with how the food we consume inevitably becomes the building blocks for every cell in our bodies – we literally are what we eat. This fuelled me to delve deeper and commence my postgraduate studies solely on human nutrition and I haven’t looked back since.
